BIO: I am a life long athlete who has played every sport under the sun. As a child, I played three sports in High School, two sports in college, and one semi-pro sport in two different states. A knee reconstruction took me off the fields and courts, so as an adult, my outlet became bodybuilding. I didn't start to compete until I was 36 years old because I wanted to be close to 'stage weight' to compete often and with ease. I am currently vegan and I have been a vegetarian for over a decade. I like to show people that there are many ways to achieve your health and fitness goals. I am self-trained and self-taught in the sport of bodybuilding and overall I focus on health and wellness. I do not believe in using extreme or unhealthy methods to get on stage or in shape.
